Since 1994 Marian Morgan has helped thousands of people and small businesses develop winning behaviors and mindsets to achieve their professional and personal goals.
Prior to completing Coach U’s Professional Coaching Two-Year Program in 2002, Marian earned a Masters in Social Work from New York University, specializing in the field of Employee Assistance (EAP) and holds the national designation of Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) and an LCSW in the State of Florida. Before attaining an MSW, Marian spent ten years in publishing and national advertising sales and marketing. Integrating her career experiences and passion for personal and professional development, Marian helps her clients with a variety of business, career and life issues, and delivers workshops and trainings to Fortune 500 companies, nonprofit organizations and within the community.
What inspired her to become a coach?”
“I have been a coach all my life, without even realizing it,” says Marian. “My friends and family tell me this. When I first came to New York and sold fine art in Soho and later worked as an advertising executive, I was always encouraging the people around me to go for what they really wanted.
“Sometimes,” Marian notes, “I want more for clients than they themselves think they are capable of. So I believe in them until they believe in themselves.”
